Duration of Service Industry License
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Every Service Industry License shall be issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission for a period of three (3) years.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, the commission may, as it may deem necessary:
- (1) Issue any Service Industry License for a shorter period; or
- (2) At any time, void the Service Industry License for reasonable cause.
