- (a) Books shall create and maintain the records and reports required by this subpart in such manner and using such forms as the Arkansas Racing Commission may require or approve.
- (b) The commission may require books to create and maintain such other records and reports as are necessary or convenient for strict regulation of books.
- (c) Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, books shall preserve the records required by this subpart for at least five (5) years after they are made.
- (d) The commission may at any time examine and copy the records of any book.
- (e) Each book shall comply with all other applicable rules of the commission to the extent not in conflict with this subpart.
