- (a) This part governs all off-track pari-mutuel horse race account wagering in Arkansas for which a license or approval has been granted by the Arkansas Racing Commission pursuant to The Arkansas Casino Gaming Amendment of 2018, Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100.
- (b) Franchise holders may continue to accept wagers pursuant to Arkansas Code § 23-110-405(e)(1) or Arkansas Code § 23-111-508(e)(1).
