A systems operator shall:
- (1) Immediately notify the pari-mutuel sports books in the event that it is unable to receive wagering information or transmit pool data, and shall cause the system to cease accepting off-track pari-mutuel sports wagers if it is unable to receive the wagering information or transmit the pool data; and
- (2) Cause the system to cease accepting off-track pari-mutuel sports wagers from the pari-mutuel sports books at post time.
