An out-of-state pari-mutuel sports book approved to share in the revenue or otherwise receive compensation from pari-mutuel sports books within this state for the right to be part of a common pari-mutuel pool shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws regarding wagers on sporting events or other events for which it is offering a common pari-mutuel pool.
