- (a) This subpart governs and its applicability is limited to off-track pari-mutuel wagering on sporting events and other events for which approval has been granted by the Arkansas Racing Commission pursuant to The Arkansas Casino Gaming Amendment of 2018, Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100.
- (b) Off-track pari-mutuel wagering on horse and greyhound races conducted by franchise holders shall continue to be governed by the Arkansas Horse Racing Law, Arkansas Code § 23-110-101 et seq., and Arkansas Greyhound Racing Law, Arkansas Code § 23-111-101 et seq., respectively, and the rules of the commission thereunder, and not this part.
