Wagering account transactions
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Except as otherwise provided herein, deposits, withdrawals, credits, and debits to wagering accounts shall be made in accordance with this part.
(b)
- (1) Business entity wagering account deposits and withdrawals may only be made by transfers to and from the bank or financial institution account maintained by the business entity.
- (2) Business entity wagering account deposits and withdrawals may not be made in cash.
