Issuance and control of betting tickets
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Immediately upon accepting a wager, other than an account wager, the book shall create a betting ticket on which the terms of the wager are written.
- (b) Betting tickets must bear the name and address of the book.
