- (a) The Arkansas Racing Commission shall award and issue a casino license within thirty (30) business days from the date the commission announces that the application process has concluded.
- (b) Upon issuance of a casino license, the casino licensee may begin operations.
- (c) The casino licensee shall visibly post a copy of its license at the casino covered under the license.
