(a)
- (1) Each application for a casino license shall include an application fee of up to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) by cash or certified funds.
- (2) Certified checks or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to the State of Arkansas, delivered or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address specified in the notice of open application.
- (b) In the event a casino applicant is not successful, one-half (1/2) of the initial application fee shall be refunded to the casino applicant.
- (c) An application is not complete and will not be considered unless all required information, documentation, and the application fee are timely received by the Arkansas Racing Commission.
