- (a) No individual, corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other entity shall conduct casino gaming at a casino or at any other location within the State of Arkansas, unless the individual, corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other entity has a casino license issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission pursuant to this part.
(b) Each license to conduct casino gaming at a casino shall specify:
- (1) The name of the individual, corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other entity who holds the license;
- (2) The address of the individual, corporation, partnership, association, trust, or other entity who holds the license;
- (3) The effective dates of the license; and
- (4) The address of the licensed casino.
