The Arkansas Racing Commission may, either generally or specifically, exempt a person, a security, a transaction, or any portion thereof from the application of this part or any portion thereof if the commission determines that such exemption is consistent with the purpose of The Arkansas Casino Gaming Amendment of 2018, Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100.
