Exemptions from certain requirements
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Except as otherwise set forth herein, private investment companies are exempt from the requirements of this part.
- (b) However, the legal entities that own the voting securities of the private investment company shall be registered and found suitable by the Arkansas Racing Commission as holding companies and shall be subject to 23 CAR § 358-701 et seq., 23 CAR §§ 358-1324 – 358-1329, 23 CAR §§ 358-1413 – 358-1315, 23 CAR §§ 358-1513 – 358-1515.
