This subpart shall not apply to an interest in a limited liability company or securities of, nor other interest in, any limited liability company holding company that has been permitted to comply with public limited liability companies, inclusive, nor to its managers, members, agents, employees, underwriters, lenders, and other holders of evidence of indebtedness, as such.
