Non-transferability of delayed licensing approval
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) Delayed licensing approval shall be personal to the limited liability company or member granted delayed licensing.
- (b) An interest in a limited liability company that is held under delayed licensing may not be transferred, assigned, encumbered, or hypothecated in any manner without the prior approval of the Arkansas Racing Commission, upon recommendation of the commission.
