Application for delayed licensing by individual members

- (a) Once a limited liability company has been held eligible for delayed licensing pursuant to this part, each member seeking delayed licensing shall file an application for delayed licensing pursuant to this part.
- (b) A member may file an application for delayed licensing prior to the Arkansas Racing Commission’s ruling on the eligibility of the limited liability company, but the application will not be considered by the commission until the commission rules that the limited liability company is eligible for delayed licensing.
