Final approval of new games
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) The Arkansas Racing Commission shall recommend to the commission whether the application for approval of the new game should be granted.
- (b) In considering whether a new game will be given final approval, the commission shall consider whether approval is consistent with the public policy of this state.
