Field trials of new games and game variations
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) The Arkansas Racing Commission may allow or require that a new game or game variation to be tested at a licensed gaming establishment for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days under terms and conditions that the commission may approve or require.
- (b) The commission may order termination of the test period, if the commission determines, in the commission’s sole and absolute discretion, that the developer of the new game or the licensed gaming establishment has not complied with the terms and conditions of the order allowing or requiring a test period.
