Summary suspension of approval of gaming devices and intercasino-linked systems

(a) The Arkansas Racing Commission may issue a summary order, with or without notice to the manufacturer, distributor, operator, or licensee, suspending approval of a gaming device or intercasino-linked system if it determines that the device or intercasino-linked system does not operate:
- (1) In the manner certified by the manufacturer pursuant to 23 CAR § 358-1215;
- (2) As approved by the commission; or
- (3) As approved by the commission, if the device has been modified since initial approval of the device or intercasino-linked system.
- (b) After issuing an order pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, the commission may seal or seize all models of that gaming device or intercasino-linked system in Arkansas.
