Installation of a system-based game or a system-supported game
Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 100, sec. 4
- (a) A licensee shall not install or use a system-based game or system-supported game without prior written approval of the system network implementation from the Arkansas Racing Commission.
- (b) Additionally, any modifications to the approved network implementation must be approved by the commission.
- (c) Applications for approval to install or modify a system-based game or system-supported game shall be made and processed in such manner and using such forms as the commission may prescribe.
- (d) The applicant seeking approval of the installation shall pay the cost of the investigation.
