Gaming devices and associated equipment that incorporate innovative, alternative, and advanced technology are beneficial to and in the best interests of the State of Arkansas and it is the policy of the Arkansas Racing Commission to encourage the development and deployment of such technologies by manufacturers, distributors, and gaming establishments in Arkansas.
