(a) Unless the Arkansas Racing Commission approves otherwise, chips must be disk-shaped, must be one hundred thirty thousandths-inch (0.130”) thick, and must have a diameter of:

1. (1) One and fifty-five hundredths inches (1.55”) for chips used at games other than baccarat;
2. (2) One and fifty-five hundredths inches (1.55”) or one and six thousand eight hundred seventy-five millionths inches (1.6875”) for chips used at baccarat; and
3. (3) One and six thousand eight hundred seventy-five millionths inches (1.6875”) for chips used exclusively at race books and sports pools or other counter games.
