As used in this subpart:

1. (1) “Book” means a race book or sports pool licensed and approved pursuant to this part;
2. (2) Except as otherwise provided, “commission” means the Arkansas Racing Commission or the commission’s designee; and
3. (3) “Chip” means a nonmetal or partly metal representative of value issued by a licensee for use at table games or counter games at the licensee’s gaming establishment.
