- (a) Any person who, on the effective date of this part, who in accordance with the provisions of this part would need an employee license, shall file an initial application within the thirty (30) days following the effective date of this part.
- (b) All persons to whom this part would apply shall comply with all the provisions of this part from the effective date of this part.
