23 CAR § 355-416 – Fees payable

(a) The fees payable for the initial or renewal application for employee license shall be determined by the Arkansas Racing Commission.
(b) Applications for an initial license and every third year after initial license will be required to pay to the commission a fee to cover the costs related to obtaining background investigations and reports.
(c) Applications for an initial license and every third year after initial license will be required to pay to the commission a fee to cover the costs related to obtaining background investigations and reports.
