23 CAR § 355-410 – Duration of the employee license

(a) Every employee license shall be issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission for a period of up to one (1) year.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, the commission may, as it deems necessary:
1. (1) Issue any license for a shorter period of time; and
2. (2) At any time, void an employee license for reasonable cause.
