(a)
- (1) The fees to be paid for the initial or renewal application for a service industry license shall be determined by the Arkansas Racing Commission, provided that the application fee shall not be more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) a year.
- (2) This does not include the actual cost of the investigation or investigations which is to be billed to and paid by the applicant to the commission.
- (b) The fees to be paid for the initial application shall cover administrative costs related to the processing of the application.
- (c) The renewal application fee shall not be more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), payable to the commission and submitted with the service industry license renewal form.
- (d) The license will not be approved until the fees, including the investigative costs, have been paid by the applicant.
