- (a) Every service industry license shall be issued by the Arkansas Racing Commission for a period of three (3) years.
(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) of this section, the commission may, as it may deem necessary:
- (1) Issue any service industry license for a shorter period; and
- (2) At any time, void the service industry license for reasonable cause.
