The system shall have the ability to produce the following financial and player reports:

1. (1)

   1. (A) Patron account summary and detail reports.
   2. (B) These reports shall be immediately available to a patron upon request.

   3. (C) These reports shall include:

      1. (i) Beginning and ending account balance; and

      2. (ii) Transaction information depicting:

         1. (a) (a) EGS number;
         2. (b) (b) Amount; and
      3. (c) (c) Date/time;

2. (2)

   1. (A) Liability report.

   2. (B) This report is to include:

      1. (i) Previous days starting value of outstanding cashless liability;
      2. (ii) Aggregate cashless in and out totals; and
      3. (iii) Ending cashless liability;

3. (3)

   1. (A) Cashless meter reconciliation summary and detail reports.
   2. (B) These reports will reconcile each participating EGS cashless meter or meters against the host system’s cashless activity; and

4. (4)

   1. (A) Cashier summary and detail reports.

   2. (B) These reports will include:

      1. (i) Patron account;
      2. (ii) Buy-ins and cash-out;
      3. (iii) Amount of transaction; and
      4. (iv) Date and time of transaction.
