- (a) It shall not be possible to change a configuration setting that causes an obstruction to the electronic accounting meters, affect the integrity of the EGS or communications with any of the associated systems, without a RAM clear.
- (b) Notwithstanding, any such change must be done by a secure means, which includes access to the locked logic area.
