- (a) The franchise holder shall be responsible to ensure that any malfunction of surveillance equipment shall be immediately repaired or replaced with a working unit.
(b)
- (1) If immediate replacement is not possible, alternative live monitoring must be provided by the franchise holder’s personnel.
- (2) Otherwise, gaming in the unmonitored area or areas of the franchise holder must immediately cease.
