(a)

1. (1) A distributor license:

   1. (A) May be issued to a distributor of bingo equipment; and
   2. (B) Is subject to renewal on an annual basis.
2. (2) The annual fee for the distributor license shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

(b)

1. (1) A manufacturer license:

   1. (A) May be issued to a manufacturer of bingo equipment; and
   2. (B) Is subject to renewal on an annual basis.
2. (2) The annual fee for the manufacturer license shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
