- (a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall provide for the form of bingo faces and raffle tickets used in the State of Arkansas.
(b)
- (1) All bingo faces purchased by a licensed authorized organization shall be purchased only from a distributor licensed under the provisions of Acts 2007, No. 388.
- (2) A list of licensed distributors can be obtained from the Miscellaneous Tax Section of the Office of Excise Tax Administration that was referred to in 23 CAR § 350-104.
- (c) No more than one (1) game of bingo shall be played on each bingo face.
- (d) All bingo faces and raffle tickets shall be preprinted on paper or plastic.
- (e) Electronic devices, machines, or facsimiles shall not be used as bingo faces or raffle tickets by participants of bingo games or raffles conducted under the provisions of Acts 2007, No. 388.
- (f) All bingo faces and raffle tickets shall be sequentially numbered at the time the faces and tickets are printed.
