- (a) This part provides the exclusive procedure for asserting a claim against the Office of the Arkansas Lottery arising out of or relating to any matter related to contract or torts.
- (b) Neither an aggrieved person, nor any other interested party has a right to any remedy against the office with respect to any matter in contract or tort except in accordance with the procedures set forth in this part.
