- (a) This part does not waive the Office of the Arkansas Lottery’s sovereign immunity to suit or liability.
(b)
- (1) This part applies to controversies between the office and a contractor which arise under or by virtue of a contract between them.
(2) This includes, without limitation, controversies based upon:
- (A) Breach of contract;
- (B) Mistake;
- (C) Misrepresentation; or
- (D) Other cause for contract modifications or rescission.
