- (a) The purpose of this part is to prescribe the process concerning the consideration of claims in contract or in tort against the Office of the Arkansas Lottery.
- (b) This part applies to all contracts entered into with the office and are issued pursuant to the authority vested in the office under Arkansas Code §§ 23-115-207 and 23-115-208.
