The following are not eligible to redeem any lottery prize:

1. (1) Any individual under eighteen (18) years of age;

2. (2) Any individual incarcerated in:

   1. (A) The Division of Correction;
   2. (B) The Division of Community Correction; or
   3. (C) A county or municipal jail or detention facility;
3. (3) An employee of the Office of the Arkansas Lottery or their immediate family members living in the same household as the employee; and
4. (4) Any officer, employee, agent, or subcontractor of an office vendor or immediate family of the officer, employee, agent, or subcontractor of an office vendor if that officer, employee, agent, or subcontractor has access to confidential information that may compromise the integrity of a lottery.
