The retailer must notify the Office of the Arkansas Lottery if the following occurs:

1. (1) As soon as practicable, but no later than ten (10) days of a material change in the qualifications of an applicant;

2. (2) Immediately for loss, theft, or destruction of any lottery property including but not limited to:

   1. (A) Instant tickets;
   2. (B) Ticket dispensers; or
   3. (C) Play terminals;
3. (3) As soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days prior to a change of ownership or responsible person;
4. (4) As soon as practicable, but no later than ten (10) days prior to a change of sales location;
5. (5) As soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days prior if the type of business undergoes a substantial change;

   1. (A) As soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days prior to a change of business structure.
   2. (B) A change of business structure shall mean the change from one (1) form of business organization to another, such as from sole proprietorship to partnership or corporation;
7. (7) As soon as practicable, but no later than ten (10) days prior to a change of bank account information; and
8. (8) Immediately upon receiving damaged or misprinted lottery tickets.
