23 CAR § 370-501 – Generally

(a) This subpart contains duties to be performed by the retailer in addition to any duties and responsibilities that may be described in the retailer contract.
(b) The duties herein are not meant to be exclusive.
(c) Other duties and requirements for retailers may be contained elsewhere in this part or in the act.
