- (a) An applicant for a retailer license is subject to a background check including a credit check and a criminal history check conducted by the Division of Arkansas State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
- (b) Issuance of a retailer license is dependent on passing the required background checks.
- (c) The applicant shall sign a consent to the release of information for all checks.
