An applicant for a retailer license shall be charged the following fees:

1. (1) Initial application fee: one hundred dollars ($100);
2. (2) Change of ownership fee: one hundred dollars ($100);
3. (3) Additional store location fee: twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
4. (4) Change of location fee: twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
5. (5) Change of responsible person fee: fifty dollars ($50.00); and
6. (6) Renewal fee: fifty dollars ($50.00).
