Following is a list of application filing fees:

1. (1) New bank charter, eight thousand dollars ($8,000);
2. (2) Merger applications (per institution), five thousand dollars ($5,000);
3. (3) Conversion (national bank to state bank), eight thousand dollars ($8,000);
4. (4) Conversion (stock savings and loan or federal savings bank to state bank), eight thousand dollars ($8,000);
5. (5) Charter amendments, two hundred dollars ($200);
6. (6) Charter amendments for trust powers, five hundred dollars ($500);
7. (7) Purchase or assumption (over fifty percent (50%) of assets or liabilities of another depository institution), five thousand dollars ($5,000);
8. (8) Relocation of main office (from one (1) municipality to another) (application does not include any reorganization or change of bank business plans – must be simple relocation of address only), two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500); and
9. (9) Reorganization and relocation of bank charter (complex application), six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500).
