The scale of annual fees shall be as follows:

| Over $500,000 and not over $1,000,000 | $30.00 plus 4 cents per $1,000 in excess of $500,000 |
| Over $1,000,000 | $50.00 plus 2 cents per $1,000 in excess of $1,000,000 |
- (b) The fee for each annual examination is eighty dollars ($80.00) for each examiner day or forty dollars ($40.00) per half day or part thereof and, in addition, each credit union shall pay the actual travel, meal, and lodging expenses of such examiners from Little Rock and return.
(c)
- (1) The fee will be prorated if more than one (1) examination is made on an examination trip.
- (2) The fee for each proposed amendment to the articles of incorporation and bylaws is five dollars ($5.00).
- (d) All checks in payment of fees shall be made payable to the State Securities Department.
