- (a) The officers and committee members shall serve a one-year term of office or until successors are chosen or duly qualified.
(b)
- (1) One (1) alternate member may be elected for the board of directors at the annual members' meeting by and from the members as provided in the bylaws of the credit union.
- (2) The alternate may serve only if needed to make a quorum at any meeting of the board.
