Within sixty (60) days of the annual meeting of an association, beginning on April 15, 1976, each state-chartered savings and loan association and each service corporation shall furnish to the Supervisor of Savings and Loan Associations, a current list of the following:

1. (1) Registered agent for service;
2. (2) Registered office;
3. (3) Officers; and
4. (4) Board of directors.
