(a)
- (1) Each protest must be in writing and must state the full name and address of the protestant.
- (2) It must contain fully the facts upon which the protest is based and must be signed and verified by the protestant.
- (b) Protests to charter applications must be filed with the Supervisor of Savings and Loan Associations not less than ten (10) days prior to the date scheduled for the hearing on the application.
- (c) A copy of the protest shall be served in person or by mail upon the applicant's attorney who shall, when so requested by the protestant, within ten (10) days, send protestant a copy of the application, less the confidential portions.
- (d) Protests to branch applications must be filed with the supervisor within twenty (20) days from the date of published notice.
- (e) Notice of the filing of a branch application will be published and a copy of the notice mailed to savings and loan associations within ten (10) days of the supervisor’s receipt of the application.
