Challenge of information in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Arkansas Code § 23-39-504
- (a) Subject to any state or federal privacy laws, the Securities Commissioner shall report regularly on the NMLS&R any enforcement actions against a licensee or any person found to be in violation of the Fair Mortgage Lending Act, Arkansas Code § 23-39-501 et seq., as well as any other relevant information.
- (b) The information reported to the NMLS&R may be challenged by filing a written complaint to the commissioner.
- (c) A complaint shall be deemed filed with the commissioner upon receipt of the complaint by the commissioner.
