- (a) Briefs may be filed by a party or interested nonparty either before or during the course of a hearing or within such time as the Securities Commissioner designates.
- (b) Failure to file a brief shall in no way prejudice the rights of any party.
- (c) The order of filing briefs or reply briefs shall be designated by the Commissioner.
- (d) A party may request an extension of the briefing schedule set by the commissioner prior to the due date.
- (e) Late briefs may be considered by the commissioner at his or her discretion.
