Pleadings and practice — Pleadings allowed
Arkansas Code § 23-39-504
Pleadings shall include all forms of petitions, requests, complaints, answers, responses, replies, proposals, notices, applications, briefs, and filings of any nature that are placed before the Securities Commissioner.
