The converted policy may provide for coordination of benefits provided under:

1. (1) Medicare (Title XVIII of the United States Social Security Act as added by the Social Security Amendments of 1965 or as later amended or superseded); or
2. (2) Any other governmental programs with the exception of Medicaid.
